REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird Fee (Effective Aug. 12 – Sept. 7, 2026)
$450.00 – Youth Recreational Program

Regular Fee (Sept. 8, 2026 and onward)
$485.00 – Youth Recreational Program

Sibling Discount – If registering 2 or more players, you will receive a $20 discount for the 2nd child and every additional child. This discount is only applicable to siblings who are all registered in the Youth Recreational Program. $20.00 is deducted from the price at the time of registration.

REFUND DEADLINE: October 1, 2026 (no exceptions)

• $75.00 admin fee applies to ALL refunds.

• Refund process is 4–6 weeks.

• All refund requests must be received in writing to recreational@vaughansoccer.com

REQUEST DEADLINE: September 21, 2026 (no exceptions)

• Requests are not guaranteed.

• Denial of your request is not a legitimate reason for a refund.

• Requests for Coaches WILL NOT be accepted.

• VSC reserves the right to move players between teams within the Club without notice, and without taking submitted requests into consideration.

• Only one request per player. All requests must be received in writing to recreational@vaughansoccer.com. 

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

• Full uniform (1 jersey, 1 short, 1 pair of socks)

• End of season award

• Parents are responsible for purchasing shin guards (madatory) & soccer shoes (cleats are acceptable)

• Season is approximately 22 weeks (beginning Oct. 17, 2026)

NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEE:

• Indoor turf shoes (NO cleats) and shin guards (mandatory, worn under socks).

• Running shoes are not recommended as they can be slippery.

SEASON DETAILS:

• U3 (born 2023) – U6 (born 2020): Program consists of drills for the first hald & scrimage during the last 20 minutes of each session

• U7 (born 2019) – U18 (born 2008): Games only – no practices.

• Season is approximately 22 weeks including preseason games and playoffs. Season begins Saturday, October 17, 2026.

APPLYING CREDIT NOTES:

• Credit notes must be applied prior to any payment. Email recreational@vaughansoccer.com with your credit note number and we will apply the credit to your online account.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE & AGE DIVISIONS (subject to change without notice):

• U3–U6: 9:00am–10:00am

• U7–U18: 9:00am–3:00pm

SCORES & STANDINGS:

• Only published for U13 and older divisions.
