REGISTRATION FEES

• EARLY BIRD FEE: $380.00

Effective: Aug. 10, 2024, through to September 2, 2024

• REGULAR FEE: $395.00

Effective: September 3, 2024, and onward

• SIBLING DISCOUNT: Registering 2 or more players you will receive a $20.00 discount for your 2nd child and every additional child. $20.00 is deducted from the price at the time of registration.

PLEASE NOTE: The above discount is only applicable to siblings who are ALL being registered in the Youth Recreational Program Only

REFUND DEADLINE: October 1st, 2024 (no exceptions)

• $75.00 admin fee applies to ALL refunds.
• Refund process is 4-6 weeks.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

• Full uniform (1 jersey, 1 short, 1 pair of socks)
• End of season award
• Parents are responsible for purchasing Indoor Turf Shoes (NO cleats) and Shin Guards
• Shin Guards are mandatory (worn under socks). Running shoes can be slippery and are not recommended.
• Season is approximately 22 weeks- beginning Oct. 12

REQUEST DEADLINE: September 25, 2024

• Requests are not guaranteed.
• Denial of your request is not a legitimate reason for a refund.
• Requests for Coaches WILL NOT be accepted.
• VSC reserves the right to move players from team to team within the Club without notice and without taking submitted requests into consideration.

• Only one request per player

SEASON DETAILS

• U3 (born 2022), U4 (born 2021), U5 (born 2020) and U6 (born 2019) program consists of drills for first half & a
• the last 20 minutes of each session.
• U7 – U18 will play games only – NO PRACTICES
• Approximately 22 weeks including preseason games and playoffs.
• During this first month of games, teams will be evaluated and if necessary, players will be moved to rebalance teams.
• Player movement will continue until teams are as balanced as possible REQUESTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IF/WHEN REBALANCING TEAMS OCCURS
