Vaughan Soccer Club Unveils Its Very Own Soccer Dome Facility

Vaughan, ON – December 2025 – Vaughan Soccer Club proudly announces the grand opening of its state-of-the-art, year-round soccer dome—the first club in York Region to own and operate its very own dome. This landmark achievement represents years of planning and collaboration, made possible through the unwavering support of our members and the City of Vaughan.

The new facility, an $8.0 million investment by the club (financed by BMO), opened its doors to members and the public in late November. Designed to accommodate all levels of play, the dome features:

Full-size 11v11 field, convertible into two 9v9 fields or four 7v7 fields
A 2,000 sq. ft. vestibule, offering a modern and welcoming space for players and guests
Vestibule construction by Treasure Hill, with naming rights granted and officially named Treasure Hill Soccer Centre
This milestone underscores Vaughan Soccer Club’s commitment to providing a world-class facility for its members and the community.

An official ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place in mid-January 2026, featuring City of Vaughan officials, construction partners, Treasure Hill representatives, honorary guests, and our valued members. The event will include media coverage and formal announcements. Further details will be shared once the date is confirmed.

As the largest club in York Region, we felt that operating our own dome would allow us to provide our members with an indoor facility they can truly call home.”

“For years, Vaughan Soccer Club spent significant amounts on rental fees for third-party domes to accommodate our programs,” said Nick Raimondo, Treasurer. “When we analyzed the long-term costs, it became clear that investing in our own facility was the most strategic and financially responsible decision. Building our own dome not only reduces dependency on external providers but ensures stability and growth for our members for decades to come.”
