REGISTRATION FEES
Early Bird Pricing (Effective until March 31, 2026)
U3–U5
$380.00 (born 2023, 2022 or 2021)
U6–U8
$420.00 (born 2020, 2019 or 2018)
U9–U18
$430.00 (born 2017 to 2008)
Regular Pricing (April 1, 2026 and Onward)

If you are registering 3 or more players, you will receive $30 off the lowest priced Recreational Registration Fee for the 3rd child and every additional child. This offer applies to siblings only, registering in the Youth Recreational Program.

COACH INCENTIVE
Sign up as HEAD COACH or ASSISTANT COACH and receive an online credit applied to your PowerUp account at the end of the season.
U6 teams:
Head Coach $75
Assistant Coach $35
U7–U18 teams:
Head Coach $150
Assistant Coach $75
REFUND DEADLINE: MAY 1, 2026 (no exceptions)
$75.00 minimum admin fee applies to ALL refunds regardless of date
Refund completion time: 4–6 weeks

Denial of a request is not a reason for a refund
Requests for coaches will NOT be accepted
VSC reserves the right to move players between teams without notice, regardless of submitted requests

- Players must provide their own outdoor soccer shoes & shin guards (shin guards are mandatory)

- Advertised schedule & age groups could change without notice.
- Schedule information will not be confirmed until May.
- Saturday practice start times fluctuate from 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm or 1pm* (times cannot be requested)
- Weeknight Game/Practice times fluctuate from a 6:15pm start time AND/OR 7:15pm start time*
- GAMES & PRACTICES MAY BE scheduled on Holidays. VSC will NOT reschedule games/practices if teams choose to cancel.
- Fields are within the Maple & surrounding area.
DURING THE REGULAR SEASON
- Scores and standings will not be recorded in the U3 to U12 divisions.
- Scores and standings will only be recorded in the U13 & up.
END OF SEASON FESTIVAL/TOURNAMENT
- Soccerfest is scheduled for August 20, 21, 22 & 23
- Teams in the U3 to U6 division will be scheduled for a special event
- Teams in the U7 to U12 division will play a minimum of 3 games. Scores and standings will not be recorded
- Teams in the U13 and older division will play a traditional tournament format
